Darius Padler - CEO

Darius has been with the MASCO Group since 2003 firstly as Group Controller and Group Director for Masco Europe and then as Group Vice President-Europe. In December 2018 he was appointed as interim CEO of Bristan Group.

Ian Hansell - General Manager, Bristan

Ian heads up our Bristan sales team. He has over 22 years’ service and during that time has seen Bristan become the largest supplier of taps & showers in Great Britain. He and his team are seen as the ‘friendly experts’ of our industry. They have exceptional relationships with merchants, installers and specifiers. It’s thanks to these relationships and the team’s focus on delivering an extraordinary customer experience that has won Bristan numerous customers’ awards. Bristan products are widely specified on both domestic and commercial projects, and are readily available from trade counters & showrooms throughout the UK.

Jason Smith - Group Commercial Director

Jason leads our group marketing, product and commercial pricing strategy teams for the Bristan Group. He is responsible for product innovation, ensuring our products have been designed and engineered specifically for British homes and businesses, using the latest technologies together with insight driven, performance marketing aimed at building brand loyalty for both Bristan and Heritage brands.

Ken Ellis - CFO

Ken leads the finance team and is responsible for ensuring ethical compliance, financial standards and codes of practice across our entire organisation. He is also responsible for the group’s IT systems and the Masco Operating System, ensuring everyone has the right process training and tools to be the best they can be.

Joanne Hatton - HR and Customer Contact Director

Jo joined the business in 2011 and has responsibility for Bristan Group’s strategy of creating a ‘Great Place to Work’ and delivering ‘Extraordinary Customer Experiences’. She has introduced several initiatives leading to us having an award winning contact centre, achieving top 100 status in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For in 2017 and Gold in Investors in People.

Dominic West - Operations Director

Dominic leads our Supply Chain and Operations teams and is impassioned about ensuring Bristan Group continues to be seen as the market leader for service and products. He is responsible for ensuring the business source from the very best suppliers, managing our stock flow and ensuring that our products meet the high quality standards we promise to deliver through rigorous testing. He is also responsible for the team that is at the heart of our operation and are the driving force behind our seamless delivery. Our warehouse is the home of next day premium service and they continue to make life easier for all of our customers by making sure they get the products they need, whenever they need them.
